Jenise Aminoff has been writing things since she was 8 years old. In a plot twist no one would believe from one of her novels, she grew up in Albuquerque, NM at the same time as Rev. Parisa and is half-Hispanic. An MIT alumna, she has worked as a technical writer, science writer, information designer, and web content writer at Boston-area technology companies and educational institutions since the mid-1990s. She is also a published author of adult science fiction short stories and, under the pen name Dianna Sanchez, middle grade fantasy novels. Raised Catholic with a smattering of Mormon, she has been a member of First Parish UU of Arlington for 14 years, where she has taught 2nd and 6th graders. An avid cook, she also enjoys gardening, board games, and creating steampunk hats and accessories. She is married with two daughters and uses she/her pronouns.
