FUUSN 2024 Community Participation Survey

Our community’s vitality is based on the large and small ways we engage with each other. Many of us find that participating in community life is highly rewarding on a personal level, while also helping FUUSN promote our goals as a Society in the wider world. The purpose of this survey is to recognize these contributions and to invite participation for those who may be interested in getting more involved in FUUSN activities.

Although individual responses from this survey will not be published, this is not intended to be an anonymous form. Our goal is to find ways of promoting meaningful connections and involvement with FUUSN.
