If you have ever been curious about plan-based substitutes, now is your chance to try them! Details are below.

At this interactive event, you can try plant-based analogs to some common animal-based foods. Many people have expressed an interest in trying plant-based versions of their favorite foods, but may not be ready to buy / prepare all the different options to see what they like. At this event, we will prepare and sample various plant-based burgers, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, and bacon and give everyone a chance to weigh in on what they like. We will incorporate both pre-packaged foods that are generally available in the grocery store, and also homemade versions that in most cases are more whole-food based as opposed to processed. Please show up with an appetite and a sense of adventure!
