Oct 1 or Oct 2 – Discuss Netflix Blue Zone Series 7:30 to 9 pm, via Zoom (register below)
The Plant Based Eating Club is hosting a Zoom based discussion to be held on two nights (pick one or join both!) where we can discuss a new Netflix documentary about areas of the globe where people live much longer than average (referred to as Blue Zones). This series covers more than diet; there are lots of variables that fall into place in these seemingly very different communities. If you want some insight on how people are living meaningful, active, happy lives into their 90s and even 100s, this series is packed with this type of information.

Logistics:
- Virtual via Zoom unless otherwise noted
- Usually 7 to 8:30 pm or 7:30 to 9 pm
- Details to follow via e-mail to group list.
- Join our Club’s e-mail list at uu-plant-based-contact-us@googlegroups.com to sign up for an event.
- Format – Attendees watch movies on their own (individually or in small groups at Watch Parties hosted in members’ homes) and then meet (usually Zoom, sometimes in person) for facilitated discussion.
