Buildings and Grounds


Buildings & Grounds provides for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the Society’s facilities; handles long-term space rental negotiations and rental contracts (the Board handles final decisions and the Administrator handles day-to-day relations and short-term rentals); proposes an annual operating budget to the Finance committee to support maintenance and operations; works to accommodate the space needs of the Society by providing guidance and planning for such activities as religious education; gathers and communicates to the Board of Trustees information critical to creating a master plan for long-range capital maintenance and improvements to the building and grounds of the Society.
